Objective: 

Assist USAID’s Africa Bureau first year needs in developing strategies and managing programs related to conflict prevention/management and transition under USAID’s strategic objective S010 (“Policies, strategies, and programs improved for preventing, mitigating, and transitioning out of crisis”), through technical services.  Tasks included development of a lesson learned format based upon the assessment research and analysis of previous AB activities with specific aim to identify methods for the maximization of linkages between relief and development.  Provide training in applied development studies toward certification credentials.
